John Nathaniel Boateng has over 15 years of experience in the public policy environment, providing advice on public financial management, governance of oil, gas, and mining revenues, trade laws, regional trade agreements, and social protection to the Members of Parliament of the Parliament of Ghana. As a member of the West Africa Network of Emerging Leaders on Health Policy and Systems, he was a consultant for the project “Rectifying the Effects of COVID-19 on Vulnerable populations in West Africa: a research action (RECOVER)”.

Selina Defor is multi-lingual and has experience in the coordination of research activities, consultative dialogues as well as working with international development organisations such as the West Africa Health Organisation, Africa Union (AU) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and the Institut Régional de Coopération- Développement (IRCOD), Strasbourg, France.
