Lilian Geraldo is a Lawyer at the Cardinal Law Group in Ghana where she provides business-oriented legal services including corporate structuring and business development, negotiation and facilitation of commercial transactions, legal compliance and immigration, among others, to both local and international corporations. Prior to joining the Cardinal Law Group, Lilian worked as the Company Secretary and Small Business Development Manager at the International Financial Services Limited, Ghana where she participated in training sessions under the USAID FinGap and TradeHub value chain programs. She also served with the Judicial Service of Ghana as a research assistant to an assigned judge and performed allied clerkship responsibilities. Lilian possesses extensive knowledge on issues relating to corporate organisation and governance and is very resourceful in developing global legal strategies, improving work structure, executing projects, and ensuring quality control and assurance. Miss Lilian graduated with her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana in 2016 and proceeded for her professional law course at the Ghana School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
