We build the capacity of parliamentary practitioners and researchers/policy analysts to conduct Cost Benefit Analysis of government programs and International Trade Agreements (Ex ante evaluation), Impact Evaluation of government programs (Ex post evaluation) and promote the use of evidence-based research to support decisions of Members of Parliament.
